Fields of applications:
Powerfull and robust immersion centrifugal pump with plain bearing, support stand mounted on roller bearings and IEC standard motor. The B80 KGK G3 series is available in single- or two-stage versions equipped with one or two impellers for high pump capacities.

Features:

  • Robust bearing housing with oil-lubricated roller bearings
  • Independent support of motor and pump
  • Housing made of reinforced plastic (PP or PVDF)
  • Plain bearings made of PTFE/Al2/O3 or SiC/SiC (optional with external flushing)  
  • Vapour seal to protect driving elements (optional with fluid barrier or as mechanical seal)
  • Version "G" with GRP-coated shaft guide tube and rising tube
  • Driven by IEC standard motor as per efficiency level IE 2 in accordance with Directive 2005/32/EC

 


Multi-stage pumps are used to increase the delivery pressure while retaining the compact dimensions of the hydraulic system and are used in particular for processes involving high delivery pressures und low delivery rates. The minimal space required compared with similar single-stage pumps with larger impeller diameters is particularly advantageous for restricted installation conditions.

Static-dynamic vapour seal or mechanical seal

Immersion depth:
500 - 4000 mm and additional suction pipe extension up to 2000 mm
