pumping is possible independent of the direction of rotation. Due to the new rotor/stator combination, wear parts can be easily replaced and the rotor/stator unit can be easily resized. The horizontal Eccentric screw pump is also available in Pure and explosion-proof versions.
Another advantage is the simple change of size, because the change between different stator materials is possible with the same stator sleeve. By exchanging the stator sleeve, a conversion from 25.1 to 75.1 is possible. The pump tube and shaft are always the same length and are compatible with any rotor/stator unit. By exchanging the stator, rotor and stator sleeve, conversion to any rotor/stator combination is possible.
Lutz horizontal Eccentric screw pumps are suitable for pumping aqueous to highly viscous Newtonian and non- Newtonian media. The pumps are suitable for abrasive and solids-containing media as well as shear-sensitive media, but also for neutral, aggressive and highly flammable liquids under high pumping pressure.
