Lutz drum pumps
The suitable and proven materials PP, PVDF, Alu, SS and HC are available for almost all liquids. Thanks to carefully matched material combinations, our pump tubes are suitable for all cases in which thin-bodied, slightly viscous liquids are pumped.

Small quantities
When chemicals, acids, alkalis are to be filled or transferred, safety
for people and the environment is of particular importance. Especially when filling small quantities, the exact quantity plays an essential role in the laboratory area.
Industry
A wide variety of liquids are used in industry. In order to guarantee the resistance of the products, several materials are used. We supply the right material for every fluid.
Explosion protection
Explosion protection is prescribed for flammable and highly flammable liquids. Our specially selected products have been developed for the respective requirements of the explosion groups and are certified for this purpose.
Complete drainage
In case of dangerous, toxic and valuable products, the residual quantity is decisive. Our special drum pumps ensure that a maximum residual quantity of approx. 0.1 litres remains. This protects the environment and reduces disposal costs.
Mixing & Pumping
With emulsions, dispersions and suspensions that tend to sediment, it is often necessary to mix these liquids. Our mixing pump tube ensures that both work steps can be carried out without repositioning during operation.
Foodstuffs
For the high demands of the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, we offer drum pumps that are hygienically flawless and certified according to FDA or 3-A Sanitary, depending on the requirements.
